What we look for in a property
- Size: Houses with enough bedrooms to work well as an HMO
- Layout: A layout that can become good-sized rooms with shared kitchen and living space
- Area: Bradford, BD8 and the surrounding areas
- Condition: Any condition considered, from tired to needing a full refurbishment
