When we bought it, this old Victorian house was barely livable. We stripped it back and transformed it into an 11-bed HMO, finished to a high specification throughout.

Almost every room has its own en-suite, and some have their own kitchenette. Two modern, spacious, high-spec kitchens give residents room to cook and socialise. The detail goes all the way through, down to Yale locks on every door.
